Requirements and suggestions:
(The foreign enterprises must have a registered office in china)
1, Member company must fulfill their commitment to join our association, obey the rules and regulations, live up to the obligations while enjoying the rights including handing in the member dues.
2, Have a specially-assigned person in charge of the statistic, and provide your company’s development information to our association.
3, Participate actively in the relevant activities of the association, the large-scale activity in particular. For example, large-scale conference (General conference, council meeting) and large-scale exhibitions, domestic investigation into the valve market, go abroad on a tour of investigation etc. Make friends through these activities including the opponents, to learn from each other for a mutual development.
4, keep a close touch with the association, strengthen the communications, promote the enterprise’ popularity and its products’ approval in the market by taking the valve association as a platform.
The proceedings of joining us:
Name: The valve branch of China General Mechanical Industry Association approved by the former national machinery department is the sole nationwide specialty Association of the valve industry , and also is a branch of the China General Mechanical Industry Association (CGMA).
Nature: Our Association with the top valve manufacturers as the main part, including the scientific academy and social institutions, propels the development of china valve industry. All of our member enterprises join us voluntarily, and our association is not a profit- oriented organization.
Purpose: obeying the constitution, laws, rules and national policy, serving china valve industry, protecting the interests of our members and valve corporations, playing a role of bridge and bond between the government and valve enterprises.
Basic requirements:
1, the enterprises possessing the business license in China boundary and engaged in producing and manufacturing vales.
2, valve enterprises must have legal management procedures and high-quality products producing the valves in accordance with the relevant codes.
3, Join our Association out of your own will, commit to live up to our obligations, obey the rules and principles of our association.
4, Actively participate in the activities we hold.
The materials needed for joining us:
You have to provide us some specific information about your company.
First, download a table to fill, and then, mail us the following duplicated certificates of your company.
1,The table about the general information of your company.
2,The copy of the business license.
3,The copy of other certificates.
4,The income statement and the balance sheet.
5,The brief introduction of your company.
The procedures:
1, mail the materials we list above to our secretariat.
2, after receiving your materials, we will verify and investigate.
3, we will submit these materials to the council.
4, you will become our members after the council approval.
Members’ rights:
1, rights to elect and being elected as well as voting rights
2, rights to criticize, to advise, inquire and to supervise the Association’s work. At the same time, the members have the privilege to gain the Association’s service first.(such as technical consultation, information communication, the valve market information and the personnel training etc).
3, free to join, and also free to withdraw from the Association.
Members’ obligations:
1,obey the Association’s rules ,propose and give advice for the valve
Industry’s development.
2,actively participate in the diverse activities that our association organizes(including the members conference, technical exchange meeting, the probe into the valve industry and exhibitions etc),fulfill all the work our Association entrust with.
3,maintain the unity of the china valve industry, avoiding the vicious competition.
4, pay the membership fee on time in accordance with the regulation.
5, actively report your company’s situation, provide the Association with the statistic information concerning the production technology and managerial aspects etc.
The membership fee standard:
The newly-joined members need to pay the enrollment fee of RMB 5000yuan (the fee for the membership bronze medal, certificate, and investigation fee, propaganda fee etc). The first-year annual fee will be included.
The next year, the formal members need to pay annual fee of about 2000yuan.
